Must-Do Winter Bucket List 2018

It’s a new year, and we’re smack dab in the middle of winter. Luckily for us, here in California winter’s aren’t too dreadful that we can still get out and enjoy the crisp winter air and the fresh start that comes with a new year!

We wanted to give you some ideas on how to enjoy the last few months of cold weather before spring is here before we know it!

Have a Snow Day

Take a little day drive (be sure you have 4 wheel drive!) with the kids, friends or your loved one and enjoy the magical feeling that snow brings. It’s only possible this time of year, so why not enjoy it!snow

Slow Cook a Sunday Dinner

What’s better than a slow-cooked pot roast, chili in the crockpot or simple roasted chicken in the oven? There’s something special about smelling that amazing aroma all day and diving into that plate. Pinterest is the mecca for slow cooker recipes:

Get a Jump on Spring Cleaning

We personally think it’s a great idea to do your “spring cleaning” at the start of a new year! It’s time to declutter, deep clean and organize! When your personal space is clean, your head is clear. Go through all your cabinets, closets and drawers and purge those things which no longer serve your needs or bring you happiness.

Set Intentions

What do you want to do this year? Writing down your goals, intentions and bucket list items for the year can be a great motivation!

Pick up a New Hobby

While temperatures are cold, you may find yourself spending more time indoors. Take this time to create, relax and reflect. So why not pick up a new hobby? Come paint with us and see if painting may just be your new jam for 2018!
