Never heard of Galentine’s Day? Well first, you should definitely be watching Parks and Recreation on Netflix. But second and most importantly, Galentine’s Day is a holiday recognized by the main character Leslie Knope, on February 13th in celebration of the amazing ladies in your life.
We’re so happy to be hosting some events right before Valentine’s Day, perfect for a Galentine’s Day celebration! Check your location for exact dates, we even have some on February 13th, or Galentine’s Day, that are not just for couples in love, but also the best of friends. Check them out here! http://paintedcellars.com/
If you can’t make our events, there’s still plenty of ways to reach out and celebrate the spirit of the day. There’s no need for an extravagant outing or gift, but even just inviting out all of your friends out to lunch on Tuesday, sending them a small card in the mail or even just giving them a call to tell them you love and appreciate them can make a huge difference in someone’s day.
It’s easy to get caught up in our own lives, kids and relationships: but female friendship is one of the most special phenomenons in our lifetime we should always cherish.
